Igor Omerza
About the author
Igor Omerza, born in Ljubljana, MA in Economics, was a member of the leadership of the opposition Committee for the Protection of Human Rights and an active politician after the collapse of socialism in Slovenia. Immediately after independence, he was the general director of the SDK, then a member of parliament and deputy mayor of Ljubljana.
In recent years, he has been mainly devoted to writing books. So far, he has published almost 30 books, some of which can also be read in German, Croatian and English. He mostly writes about our secret communist political police. In 2016, together with journalist Bojan Požar, he published the e-book Melania Trump – The Inside Story.
